At Skulixten, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn’t what you expected, our return process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly. Please send all return items to our official return address:

Return Guidelines

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Arrange a replacement or issue a full refund

2. General Returns & Exchanges

For all other return reasons, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send the item back.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • In its original condition
  • Include all tags, packaging, and accessories

You may initiate a return by emailing our support team or submitting a request on our website.


Important Notes

  • Personalized / custom-made products and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For made-to-order items already in production, refunds will be 70% of the order value.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

If an item becomes defective after 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement, depending on the case.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).
  3. Speak with your bank about potential delays.
